This article is a comprehensive guide on how to properly clean your Razer devices.

Razer Mouse
Unplug all connections. If your mouse connects via a dongle, disconnect the dongle and switch off the mouse.
Clean the body of your mouse using a lint-free microfiber cloth lightly soaked in an alcohol-based cleaning solution (at least 70% isopropyl alcohol).
Wipe the surface of your mouse gently but thoroughly. DO NOTlet moisture anywhere near the open ports.
Use a cotton swab slightly coated with alcohol-based solution to clean the sensor.
Let it dry for at least five minutes before using the mouse again.
Razer Mouse Mat
If you notice any visible dirt buildup on your mat:
Use a lint-free microfiber cloth.
Lightly dip itin tap water.
Wipe your mat in circular motion.
If you are using a Razer Chroma-powered mat:
Unplug it from your system.
Let it dry for at least five minutes before using the mouse mat again.
Clean the feet of your mouse regularly for the best possible glide.
Important:
- Do not use soap or harsh cleaning agents.
- Do not place your mat in the washing machine or clean it under running water.
- Do not fold, roll, or compress the mouse mat.
Razer Blade
Turn off your Razer Blade and unplug your power adapter.
Disconnect all external devices such as mice, keyboards, or monitors.
Take a lint-free microfiber cloth and lightly wet it with an alcohol-based cleaning solution (at least 70% isopropyl alcohol).
Wipe the surface of your laptop gently but thoroughly.
Avoid letting excessive moisture near your laptop's openings. This includes USB ports, speakers, air vents, key switches, and so on.
Hold the unit upside down or use compressed air to blow off dust to clean under the keycaps. Do not remove the keycaps from your Razer Blade.
Clean your laptop screen by using cleaning solution made specifically for monitors.
Important: Never submerge your Blade in any type of liquid. Doing so will void its warranty.
Razer Keyboard
Unplug your keyboard from your system. If your device has a passthrough port, disconnect the devices connected to them as well.
Take a lint-free microfiber cloth and lightly wet it with an alcohol-based cleaning solution (at least 70% isopropyl alcohol).
Ensure the surface is free of any visible dust or debris before cleaning. Wiping debris into the surface can lead to minor scratches.
Keep the moisture away from your device’s openings, particularly under the keycaps.
Remove the keycaps if your Razer keyboard has removable keycaps. Otherwise, turn the keyboard upside down and using compressed air to blow off any accumulated dust or debris.
Note: Never submerge your keyboard in any type of liquid.

Razer Phone
Unplug all your cables and turn your device off.
Take a lint-free microfiber cloth and lightly wet it with an alcohol-based cleaning solution (at least 70% isopropyl alcohol).
Apply alcohol to the cloth and not directly to your phone.
Gently wipe the surface of your phone.
Ensure there are no big, solid particles on the surface of your device before doing so. Visible dirt could act as grit that may scratch the surface of your device.
Do not let moisture enter the phone’s openings such as the charging ports and speakers.
For phone cases:
Remove the case from your phone.
Brush off any dust trapped inside especially in the corners of the case.
Use a mixture of water and soap to remove stubborn dirt, grease, or residue.
Avoid using Isopropyl alcohol or any alcohol-based cleaning solution.
Make sure the case is dry before putting it back on your phone.
Razer Audio Peripheral
Take a lint-free microfiber cloth and gently wet it with a mild soap and water solution.
Never use solvents such as thinner or benzene to clean your Razer device.
To clean your headset:
Use the microfiber cloth to wipe your headset in circular motion.
Do not scrub the surface of your Razer headset.
For stubborn dirt, dilute your regular detergent with water and soak the cloth for a few minutes.
Make sure to squeeze the water out of the cloth well before using it to wipe away the dirt from the headphones.
Do not let any liquid inside the ear cup and into the speaker itself.
To clean your earbuds:
Remove any attached silicone tips.
Wipe the earbuds using a microfiber cloth with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol.
Note: Do not allow any liquid to seep through openings.
Clean the silicone tips and cords the same way but let them dry first before re-installing.
Clean the contacts on the earbuds and the case using a Q-tip with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol. Allow the alcohol to dry before putting the earbuds to charge.
To clean your speakers:
Unplug your device from the power source and disconnect any connected devices.
Wipe the surface of your speaker unit with the microfiber cloth but avoid getting excess moisture anywhere near the device's openings, especially the actual speaker and I/O ports.
Razer Controller
Unplug all connections and switch off your controller.
Take a lint-free microfiber cloth and lightly wet it with an alcohol-based cleaning solution (at least 70% Isopropyl alcohol). Do not let it soak.
Gently but thoroughly wipe the surface of your controller with the microfiber cloth.
Avoid getting moisture into the device’s openings. Use compressed air to blow dust away from the controller’s hard-to-reach areas.
Razer Microphone
Unplug all connections and switch off your device.
Take a lint-free microfiber cloth and lightly wet it with an alcohol-based cleaning solution (at least 70% isopropyl alcohol).
Do not let it soak.
Gently but thoroughly wipe the surface of your device.
Avoid letting excess moisture on the openings on the device, especially the microphone mesh.
Let the device dry for at least five minutes before plugging it in again.
Razer Webcam or Capture Card
Unplug all connections and switch off your device.
Take a lint-free microfiber cloth and lightly wet it with an alcohol-based cleaning solution (at least 70% isopropyl alcohol).
Do not let it soak.
Gently but thoroughly wipe the surface of your device.
Avoid letting excess moisture on the openings on the device.
Let the device dry for at least five minutes before plugging it in again.
Razer Smart Glasses
Wipe the smart glasses with a soft cloth that is lightly saturated with warm water.
Do not allow any liquid to penetrate the speakers.
Use the included cleaning cloth to wipe the lenses.
Razer Gaming Chair
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away any dirt on the chair surface.
Clean the chair with microfiber cloth and warm water once a monthto prevent any dirt build up.
Clean the stain immediately when color transfer is observed.
Wipe the stained area with clean microfiber cloth. Do not use any rough abrasives.
Use a soft brush and gently agitate the stain with mild leather cleaner. Do not use any harsh chemical.
Wipe the cleaning agent off.
