Can I get a quote over the phone?
If you’re in a rush and want an indicative cost we can give you an estimate over the phone. There’s some information that we’ll need to ensure this is as accurate as possible.
For carpet cleaning, please tell us the room dimensions and about any stains on the carpet.
For upholstery cleaning, please tell us what the items are i.e. sofas, chairs, dining chairs. Let us know if there are any stains and, if you know, what the fabric is made of.
If you are happy with the quote we can then arrange a convenient time to clean for you.
Will the quote change?
No, if we have made a visit to your home and given you a quote this will be a fixed price and won’t change.
We will double check that our telephone quotes are accurate before we start your clean. Changes to these quotes are very rare - only significantly bigger areas or stubborn staining can affect the cost.

FAQs
What are the three 3 most common ways to clean carpet? ›
Hot water extraction, dry cleaning, and bonnet cleaning are three of the most common methods used by professionals. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages, and the best method for you will depend on your specific needs and preferences.
How long to wait after using a carpet cleaner? ›Most carpets typically need 6-10 hours to dry completely. However, it could take up to 24 hours to dry depending on the time of year your carpets are cleaned, and the air circulation, humidity and temperature in your home.
What are the disadvantages of carpet cleaning? ›- The dry clean process requires more in quantity.
- It leaves most of the dust and sand to remain on the carpet when there is no deep cleaning process. This type of cleaning is not at all effective for the pets homes to keep your carpet cleaned and germ-free.
And although our machines have a very strong vacuum system to capture most of the water and transport it back outside to a waste water tank in our truck, your carpet will be left sufficiently damp. If left completely to its own devices, your carpet will take anywhere from 6-12 hours to dry.
What is the most important step in keeping a carpet clean? ›Proper vacuuming is the easiest and most effective way to keep your carpet clean. Regular vacuuming can also have the largest impact on the air you breathe by removing dust, dirt, allergens, and particles. What type of carpet is the hardest to clean? ›Carpets with a longer pile length are the hardest to clean due to the dirt and stains being harder to reach than carpets with a shorter pile length. Different cleaning methods work better on some carpet fibers than others, so knowing what's best for your carpet is the key to keeping it clean and looking its best.
Is it OK to vacuum after carpet cleaning? ›Conclusion.
